As a Lead .NET Fullstack professional, you will define and drive enterprise application architecture strategies, including modernization, framework selection, and cloud-native adoption. You will architect distributed systems, microservices platforms, and API-driven ecosystems, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives.

Establish robust engineering standards, governance practices, and secure development guidelines. Lead strategic decisions for Angular modernization and backend scalability. Drive enterprise messaging and event-streaming strategies using technologies like Kafka. Implement critical non-functional requirements such as scalability, observability, security, and disaster recovery.

Lead architecture reviews and modernization initiatives to ensure future-ready applications. Collaborate with leadership and enterprise architects to align engineering efforts with organizational strategy. Drive the adoption of DevOps, CI/CD, cloud-native engineering, and containerization practices. Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks and architectural gaps for long-term platform stability.

This role requires 8-10 years of experience in .NET Fullstack development with a strong command over mandatory skills including .NET Application Security (OAuth2, JWT, ASP.NET Identity, OWASP), Angular 14+, Angular Components, Design Patterns, ASP.NET Web API, Microservices Architecture, OOPS Concepts, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Kafka, C#, MS SQL, and ORM.

You will provide strong technical leadership, driving architecture and solution design for scalable, secure, and maintainable applications. The ideal candidate balances delivery accountability with technical excellence, fosters team collaboration, and mentors high-performing engineering teams.
