Lead the definition and execution of enterprise application architecture strategy, focusing on ASP.NET Web API, Angular, and Microservices architecture. Drive strategic technical decisions for application modernization, framework selection, and cloud-native adoption. Architect distributed systems, microservices platforms, and API-driven ecosystems aligned with enterprise goals.

Establish robust engineering standards, governance practices, reusable frameworks, and secure development guidelines across teams. Champion backend scalability, enterprise application transformation, and Angular modernization. Drive enterprise messaging strategies using RabbitMQ or similar technologies and implement non-functional requirements like scalability, observability, and security.

Lead architecture reviews, technical discussions, and modernization initiatives to ensure future-ready application ecosystems. Collaborate with leadership and enterprise architects to align engineering initiatives with organizational strategy. Drive adoption of DevOps, CI/CD automation, and containerization practices. Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks and architectural gaps for long-term platform stability.

We are looking for a seasoned .NET Full Stack Lead with 8-10 years of experience, proficient in ASP.NET Web API, .NET Application Security (OAuth2, JWT, ASP.NET Identity, OWASP), Angular 14+, Microservices Architecture, OOPS Concepts, and RabbitMQ. Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Jasmine, ORM, C#, and .NET MSTest is essential.

Experience with Oracle databases is required. Additionally, you should have hands-on experience with AWS services including S3, Amazon RDS, and DynamoDB. Your responsibilities will include providing strong technical leadership, driving architecture and solution design decisions for scalable and secure applications, and mentoring high-performing engineering teams.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are crucial for collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders. You will be expected to drive engineering excellence through governance standards, automation, reusable frameworks, and best practices, promoting a culture of quality, performance, and continuous improvement.
