Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for vital enterprise applications, ensuring high availability and optimal performance. Monitor application health, identify errors, and investigate production incidents using tools like Splunk and Grafana. Conduct root-cause analysis for application, integration, and data-related issues. Optimize SQL queries and analyze .NET code for bug fixes and enhancements. Develop PowerShell scripts for operational automation and support tasks. Collaborate with various teams to resolve incidents and support application deployments. Create and maintain essential support documentation and knowledge articles.

Key duties include responding to alerts within service-level agreements, supporting system integrations, and participating in incident and problem management processes. You will also identify opportunities to improve application reliability and supportability.

A minimum of 4 to 8 years of experience in application or production support for enterprise applications is required. Proficiency with Splunk for log analysis and incident investigation is essential, along with experience in monitoring tools like Grafana. Strong SQL skills for data troubleshooting and production support are necessary. You must have working experience with .NET Framework/.NET Core and the ability to debug C# code. Experience with REST APIs, backend services, and PowerShell scripting for automation is crucial. Familiarity with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and source control/CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins) is expected.

Understanding of application logs, monitoring, alerting, incident management, and root-cause analysis is fundamental. Experience with ITIL processes and strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are vital for success in this role.
