Design, develop, and customize enterprise applications using modern frameworks. Enhance business functionality across various domains like customer lifecycle, lending, and onboarding. Build reusable components, APIs, and integrations using platform-specific technologies. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Participate in solution design, code reviews, and Agile ceremonies. Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure compliance with standards. Mentor junior developers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requires 8+ years of IT experience, with at least 4 years in enterprise application development. Proficiency in designing, developing, configuring, and customizing applications. Strong skills in at least one programming language and scripting technologies. Experience with application integration using REST APIs, SOAP, and event-driven architectures. Solid understanding of application architecture, data modeling, and security. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices. Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilities. Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
