A commitment to Agile delivery, including participation in sprint planning and backlog refinement, is essential. Mentoring junior developers and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives will also be part of your responsibilities, fostering a culture of growth and excellence within the team.

Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise applications aligned with business requirements. You will enhance business functionality across critical areas like customer lifecycle management, workflow automation, and lending processes. Building reusable components, custom modules, APIs, and integrations using platform-specific technologies is crucial.

Integrating enterprise applications with internal systems, third-party services, and cloud platforms will be a significant aspect of this role. Collaboration with business stakeholders, product owners, analysts, architects, QA, and DevOps teams is essential to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions. You will actively participate in solution design discussions, technical architecture reviews, code reviews, and performance tuning.

Supporting Agile delivery through sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily stand-ups is expected. Troubleshooting application issues, performing root cause analysis, and implementing sustainable resolutions are vital. Ensuring compliance with enterprise architecture standards, security policies, coding standards, and development best practices is paramount. You will also mentor junior developers and contribute to continuous improvement and platform optimization initiatives.

We are looking for an experienced professional with a minimum of 8 years of IT experience, including at least 4 years of hands-on enterprise application development. A strong background in designing, developing, configuring, and customizing enterprise applications using modern development frameworks and platform capabilities is required.

Proficiency in one or more programming languages, scripting technologies, or platform-specific development tools is essential. Experience with application integration using REST APIs, SOAP services, event-driven architecture, or messaging platforms is necessary. A solid understanding of application architecture, data modeling, security models, and access controls is crucial.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, automated deployment tools, and DevOps practices is expected. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills are vital. Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies is a must. Preferred qualifications include experience in BFSI, Healthcare, or Telecommunications domains, exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and knowledge of secure application development practices.
