We are hiring an experienced Murex Developer specializing in MxML interfaces and Datamart to craft, build, and maintain integration and reporting solutions within the Murex platform. This role is crucial for enhancing interface development, workflow configuration, and Datamart extraction/reporting architecture for our global capital markets clientele.

Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and supporting MxML-based interfaces for seamless data exchange between Murex and external systems. You will build and maintain MxML Exchange for real-time and batch integrations, alongside developing, optimizing, and supporting Murex Datamart extractions and architecture. Crafting custom Datamart reports, performing Datamart re-engineering for performance, and translating business requirements into technical designs are also core duties.

Additionally, you will support Murex upgrade projects, validate and remediate interfaces and Datamart extracts, and write SQL/PL-SQL scripts for data manipulation. Troubleshooting production issues, conducting root-cause analysis, and preparing comprehensive technical documentation are essential. This role also involves working collaboratively in onsite-offshore delivery models.

A minimum of 4 years of hands-on Murex development experience is required, with a strong emphasis on MxML and Datamart. Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL (Oracle and/or Sybase), along with a solid understanding of XML-based data standards and message formats, is essential. Experience with Murex workflow configuration and GOM, familiarity with job scheduling tools like Control-M, and a good grasp of core capital markets products are also necessary. Strong debugging and performance-tuning skills for interfaces and reporting jobs are vital for success in this role.
