Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team, focusing on portfolio management and delivery excellence to maximize customer and Microsoft value. Act as a player-coach, embodying engineering fundamentals and customer-centric execution. Drive AI-forward hypervelocity engineering by guiding teams in applying responsible AI practices and integrating emerging AI capabilities into customer solutions. Partner with leadership to ensure operational excellence and foster a culture of continuous learning.

A Bachelor's Degree with 6-8+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development, or equivalent experience. Requires 3-6+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects, along with 4-5+ years of people management experience. Preferred qualifications include 1+ year of coding experience and experience delivering end-to-end solutions in direct partnership with customers or stakeholders. Travel up to 25% may be required.
