Develop and deploy MuleSoft APIs, flows, and connectors on the Anypoint Platform, adhering to API-led connectivity principles. Build and optimize AI agents to process inbound PDF orders, extract critical data, and classify them for precise downstream routing.

Implement sophisticated business rules for master-data lookups and account determination, ensuring automated resolution with clear escalation paths. Integrate order entry APIs and SAP systems, simulating and submitting orders with comprehensive validation. Enhance system reliability through robust logging, monitoring, and error handling mechanisms.

You will collaborate closely with business users, integration architects, and customer service teams to refine automation logic, conduct user acceptance testing, and ensure the successful handover of well-documented and supportable solutions.

Experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, API-led connectivity, and DataWeave transformations is essential. Familiarity with developing and tuning AI agents, designing multi-agent orchestration, and implementing business rules is required. Proficiency in logging, monitoring, and error handling is also key for this role.
