A Senior Technical Lead with extensive experience in MuleSoft administration and AWS support is sought to join our innovative IT team. This role requires a deep understanding of managing the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and robust AWS infrastructure, including Kubernetes/Amazon EKS, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, API security, and observability tools.

This position demands strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. The ideal candidate will excel in a collaborative environment, working closely with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless operations and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include installing, configuring, and maintaining the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. You will be responsible for monitoring and managing MuleSoft applications, APIs, runtimes, and integrations, alongside handling API policies, security, and access controls.

Additionally, you will manage MuleSoft runtime upgrades, patches, and troubleshoot complex issues related to APIs, integrations, and authentication. This role also involves supporting various AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, ECR, CloudWatch, and load balancers, ensuring their optimal performance, security, and cost-efficiency.

A minimum of 8 years of professional work experience is required. This role necessitates a strong command of MuleSoft administration, including Anypoint Platform management and API lifecycle handling. Proficiency in AWS services and related technologies like Kubernetes, EKS, and Terraform is essential.
