Graduation from top-tier colleges is a significant advantage. Essential certifications include Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 and Power Platforms, along with proven technical delivery experience in Dynamics 365 CRM App, PowerApps, Power Platform, front and back-office integrations, and Microsoft Azure DevOps.
Demonstrated experience in managing practices or accounts with over 200+ headcount is highly valued. A proven track record in driving revenue within existing clients and developing new prospects at the C-level within Fortune 500 companies is expected. The ability to collaborate effectively within a matrixed organization and secure commitment from peers for selling and delivering advisory services is also crucial.
Candidates must possess deep technology expertise in Microsoft solutions, particularly D365 and Power Platforms, with 20 years of experience spanning client delivery, innovation, solution architecting, people, and program management, including at least 10 years in technical leadership roles. Strong command of associated Microsoft stack implementation technologies such as Azure, SharePoint, and Exchange/Outlook, with a proven ability to sell and execute large-scale consulting engagements using a distributed delivery mindset, is necessary. A strong reputation in the talent market and the ability to build a robust, continuous talent pipeline based on prior successes are also key requirements.
