We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager for Solution Architecture to spearhead the design and governance of comprehensive enterprise solutions for data products and corporate finance transformation.

This pivotal role integrates solution strategy, architectural leadership, and team management. You will translate intricate business needs into secure, scalable, and cost-effective solutions, bridging business processes, applications, data, integration, and cloud technologies to drive transformation across P2P, O2C, R2R, and FP&A.

You will be accountable for the quality of solution architecture across various engagements. Leading a team of architects, you will collaborate closely with enterprise architecture, product development, engineering, security, and business leaders to guide solutions from initial concept through implementation and value realization.

Lead the end-to-end solution architecture for complex transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business capabilities, functional requirements, and enterprise strategy.

Facilitate discovery and architecture workshops to define project scope, analyze current systems, and create target-state designs with phased transition roadmaps.

Develop comprehensive architectures covering application, data, integration, infrastructure, and security, clearly defining component roles, interfaces, deployment models, and dependencies.

Evaluate build-versus-buy decisions, cloud services, and emerging technologies through rigorous trade-off analysis and proof-of-concept testing.

Establish reference architectures, design patterns, architecture decision records, and review standards, ensuring adherence to enterprise principles and managing justified exceptions.

Conduct architecture reviews and resolve cross-domain design challenges, optimizing for business fit, scalability, resilience, security, maintainability, and total cost of ownership.

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

A minimum of 12 years of experience in solution architecture, software engineering, enterprise integration, or data platforms, including hands-on experience with complex enterprise solution designs.

Over 5 years of experience in architecture or engineering people management, with a demonstrated ability to lead architects and technical leads across multiple projects or engagements.

Proficiency in designing solutions on major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), including hybrid integration, deployment strategies, resilience, and cost optimization.

Expertise in application architecture, APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures, enterprise integration patterns, and understanding the trade-offs between distributed and monolithic systems.

Strong understanding of data architecture principles, including transactional systems, data warehouses/lakehouses, data pipelines, master data management, and analytics integration.

Experience with architectural modeling tools, interface specifications, decision records, and non-functional requirements, along with familiarity with frameworks like TOGAF, C4, or ArchiMate.

Deep expertise in secure solution design, identity and access management, data protection, and enterprise governance, complemented by working knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, observability, and operational support.

Proven ability to guide enterprise solutions from discovery through design governance, implementation oversight, and operational transition.

Experience leading architecture reviews, proofs of concept, vendor evaluations, and risk assessments, effectively managing cross-team dependencies and stakeholder expectations.

Strong skills in technical estimation, total cost of ownership analysis, modernization planning, and evaluating trade-offs related to performance, resilience, and scalability.

Understanding of enterprise business processes and data models; prior exposure to corporate finance processes such as P2P, O2C, R2R, and FP&A is preferred.

Experience in finance transformation, ERP integration, analytics platforms, or data-led enterprise transformation initiatives is highly desirable.

Excellent people leadership, practice development, and coaching skills, with the ability to lead architects and influence diverse teams.

Superior stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills, capable of engaging with executive-level stakeholders and presenting solutions to clients.
