Define and own the platform engineering strategy and architecture roadmap, aligning cloud infrastructure, shared services, and modernization efforts with business objectives.

Oversee the design and advancement of secure, resilient cloud-native platforms, including container orchestration, networking, identity management, and secrets management.

Establish robust engineering standards, reference architectures, infrastructure-as-code patterns, and automated guardrails for consistent platform service provisioning and operation.

Enable diverse workloads—application, data, and AI/ML—through reusable platform capabilities, APIs, integration patterns, and scalable compute/storage services.

Own CI/CD and release engineering pipelines, integrating automated testing, security checks, artifact management, and deployment strategies.

Provide critical technical leadership for incidents, architectural reviews, and complex engineering decisions, driving root-cause analysis and sustainable corrective actions.

Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Bring 12+ years of comprehensive experience in software engineering, cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, or SRE, with significant architecture and delivery ownership.

Offer 5+ years of direct engineering people-management experience, demonstrably leading multiple teams and developing engineering managers or technical leads.

Demonstrate deep expertise in at least one major cloud platform (Azure, AWS, GCP) covering networking, identity, security, resilience, and operating models.

Showcase strong proficiency in cloud-native architecture, containers, Kubernetes, infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform), and automated environment provisioning.

Have experience with CI/CD, GitOps, observability, and automation using tools like GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Argo CD, OpenTelemetry, Python, or Go.

Understand enterprise data and application needs, with a preference for exposure to corporate finance processes (P2P, O2C, R2R, FP&A).
