Join EY and build a career that's as unique as you are. We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager – AI Architect to lead enterprise AI solution strategy, architecture, and governance. This pivotal role supports data products and finance transformation by integrating predictive ML, generative AI, and agentic workflows with enterprise systems. You'll own AI architecture quality, technology roadmaps, and lead teams to deliver secure, scalable, and responsible AI solutions from concept to production.

Lead the development and execution of AI strategy and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise standards. Oversee the design of end-to-end AI architectures, from data ingestion to model deployment and integration. Establish reference architectures for advanced AI concepts like RAG and agentic workflows. Drive AI delivery and governance, defining acceptance criteria, managing risks, and implementing MLOps/LLMOps best practices.

Define robust evaluation frameworks and production monitoring strategies. Embed responsible AI principles, privacy, security, and compliance controls. Lead and scale an AI architecture team, fostering a high-performance and inclusive culture. Mentor team members and manage talent development. Partner with stakeholders to identify AI opportunities, present solutions, and drive measurable business outcomes.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience, is required, along with 12+ years of experience in software engineering, data platforms, or AI/ML, including significant production AI solution architecture. Five or more years of technical people management experience are essential.

Candidates must possess deep expertise in designing AI solutions on major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), strong foundations in ML, statistics, and practical experience with generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and model adaptation. Proficiency in Python, ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow), APIs, data pipelines, MLOps, LLMOps, and AI security is crucial.

Proven ability to guide AI solutions from discovery through production, conduct architecture and risk assessments, and perform technical estimations is necessary. Understanding of enterprise data, business processes, and a strong preference for experience in finance transformation using AI/ML are highly desirable. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills are key to success in this role.
