As an Operations Architect-Manager, you will spearhead the end-to-end ownership of a scalable enterprise data product platform within corporate finance transformation. This role is pivotal, bridging architecture, engineering, and operational excellence to drive platform scalability, execution, and team leadership. We seek a candidate with deep technical acumen, robust operational discipline, and exceptional stakeholder management skills to deliver data-driven finance solutions at scale.

Lead the architecture roadmap for scalable data platforms supporting finance transformation use cases, including defining and implementing robust, secure, cloud-native data pipelines. Establish architecture standards, best practices for data ingestion, processing, storage, and consumption. Drive adoption of modern data stack technologies and collaborate with DevOps for CI/CD and release management. Manage end-to-end delivery governance, implement operating models leveraging Agile and DevOps, and establish performance monitoring frameworks. Lead incident management and drive continuous improvement initiatives in engineering productivity and quality.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required, complemented by 12–18 years of experience in data engineering, platform architecture, and delivery leadership. Essential technical expertise includes strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), data architecture patterns (data lakes, lakehouse), and data engineering tools like Spark, Kafka, Airflow, and DBT. Proven experience in driving large-scale delivery programs, implementing DevOps, CI/CD, and SRE practices is critical. Domain knowledge in corporate finance processes (P2P, O2C, R2R, FP&A) is highly desirable. Strong people leadership, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills are paramount.
