This pivotal role integrates architecture, engineering, and operational excellence to enhance platform scalability, drive delivery execution, and lead teams. You will leverage strong technical acumen, operational rigor, and stakeholder management skills to deliver sophisticated finance transformation solutions across Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Record-to-Report (R2R), and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) domains.

Lead the architecture roadmap for scalable data platforms supporting finance transformation programs, ensuring secure, high-performance cloud-native solutions. Define architecture standards, design patterns, and best practices for data ingestion, processing, storage, and consumption. Drive adoption of modern data technologies, including data lakes, lakehouse architectures, and AI-enabled solutions, while partnering with DevOps for CI/CD and release management.

Manage end-to-end delivery governance across concurrent workstreams, implementing scalable operating models with Agile, DevOps, and SRE practices. Monitor KPIs and SLAs to ensure platform reliability and scalability, driving continuous improvement in engineering productivity and quality. Embed data governance, compliance, quality, and security into all platform operations.

We seek a leader with extensive experience managing large engineering and architecture teams, coupled with expertise in enterprise-scale data platform architecture and solution design. A deep understanding of cloud technologies, modern data ecosystems, and strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills are essential.

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field, with 12-18 years of experience in data engineering, platform architecture, and delivery leadership. Proven experience leading large-scale engineering teams within enterprise environments and a strong grasp of corporate finance processes (P2P, O2C, R2R, FP&A) are required.
