Join EY's Enterprise Technology team as an MS Exchange Administrator and contribute to a global scale, inclusive culture, and innovative environment. You will support and administer critical Messaging and Directory services, focusing on Microsoft Exchange Server On-Premises maintenance and infrastructure. This role is crucial for ensuring the reliability, security, and resilience of technology services for over 350,000 EY professionals worldwide. Administer and support Microsoft Exchange Server On-Premises, including patching, upgrades, and migrations. Plan and execute security updates, hotfixes, and cumulative updates, ensuring readiness and minimal disruption. Troubleshoot patch installation failures and post-patching issues using various diagnostic tools and logs. Manage change records, implementation plans, and documentation according to ITIL best practices. Provide operational support for Exchange Online and hybrid Exchange environments, handling recipient administration, mail flow, and troubleshooting. Share technical expertise through documentation and training for team members.

Possess seven or more years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Exchange Server administration, including recent versions like 2016, 2019, or Subscription Edition. Demonstrated expertise in planning and executing Exchange Server On-Premises patching, including coordination and rollback readiness. Proficiency in Exchange Management Shell and Windows PowerShell for administration, automation, and reporting. Solid working knowledge of Exchange Online and hybrid Exchange environments. Experience with ITIL incident, problem, and change management processes is essential. Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with cross-cultural awareness and stakeholder management abilities. Flexibility to support planned maintenance, night shifts, and critical security patching windows is required.
