Your core responsibility will be administering global Messaging and Directory services, with a primary focus on Microsoft Exchange Server On-Premises patching, maintenance, and related infrastructure. You will also manage Exchange Online and hybrid Exchange environments to ensure end-to-end service operations, including troubleshooting and cross-environment coordination. This involves adhering to ITIL best practices for infrastructure maintenance, upgrades, migrations, vendor management, documentation, and team training.

We seek an experienced Microsoft Exchange Server administrator with at least seven years of hands-on experience, including recent work with Exchange Server 2016, 2019, or Subscription Edition. A strong track record in planning and executing on-premises patching, including SUs, HUs, CUs, and Windows updates, is essential. Proficiency in Exchange Management Shell and Windows PowerShell for administration, automation, and remote health checks is required. Familiarity with ITIL processes, strong troubleshooting skills, and excellent communication abilities are crucial for this role.
