Lead the design, development, and implementation of D365 CRM solutions, aligning with business needs and best practices. Customize D365 CRM applications, including workflows and integrations. Provide technical guidance to team members, fostering knowledge sharing. Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for optimal user experience. Stay updated on D365 CRM features and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Participate in project planning and stakeholder engagement, presenting technical concepts clearly.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. You'll need at least 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development and implementation. Strong proficiency in C#, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, along with experience in custom plugins and workflows, is essential. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and excellent problem-solving and communication skills are key.
