Lead the functional design and implementation of D365 CRM solutions, aligning with business needs and best practices. Collaborate with clients to define, analyze, and document requirements, translating them into functional specifications. Design and configure D365 CRM modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service) to optimize business processes. Develop functional documentation, provide end-user training, and support successful solution adoption. Ensure accurate translation of functional requirements to technical specifications and stay updated on D365 CRM advancements for continuous improvement.

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is required. Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM functional consulting, with a strong grasp of CRM concepts, data modeling, and business processes across industries. Proficiency in D365 CRM modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service, is essential. Excellent business analysis, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills are key for client and stakeholder collaboration.
