Lead the full lifecycle of advanced analytics, Agentic ML, AI, and GenAI initiatives, focusing on NLP and Transformer models, with seamless cloud integration. Mentor junior team members, equipping them with AI/ML and cloud technology expertise. Excel in project management to ensure successful, on-time delivery of complex AI/ML projects. Actively participate in problem-solving and hands-on technical delivery, maintaining the highest quality standards and fostering innovation. Address challenges holistically, contribute to operational and strategic planning, and apply industry knowledge effectively. Consolidate diverse perspectives to resolve client issues and build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Demonstrate exceptional technical expertise in AWS cloud services, GenAI, NLP, and Transformer AI/ML models, with a proven implementation record. Showcase outstanding project management skills, driving intricate AI/ML initiatives from inception to completion. Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders. Contribute strategic insight and foresight to the Data Sciences team, staying abreast of industry trends. Oversee ethical AI practices, ensuring fairness and transparency, and implement responsible AI frameworks. Manage AI governance, risk, and compliance with ethical and regulatory standards. A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field is required, with advanced degrees or cloud/Agentic technology certifications being highly advantageous. An MBA or equivalent business management experience is also highly valued, alongside 3-5 years of relevant experience in AI/ML Platform Build roles and expertise in deploying solutions on hyperscalers.
