Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of advanced analytics, Agentic ML, AI, and GenAI initiatives, focusing on NLP and Transformer models, ensuring seamless cloud integration. Mentor junior team members, providing training in AI/ML and cloud technologies. Deliver complex AI/ML projects successfully, meeting deadlines and exceeding client expectations. Engage in hands-on technical delivery and problem-solving with a commitment to quality and innovation. Analyze problems holistically and contribute significantly to both operational and strategic planning. Apply extensive knowledge of Data Science and AI to diverse client scenarios. Consolidate various perspectives and data sources to resolve client issues effectively. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members. Utilize a solid understanding of Data Science tools like Python, R, or SAS.

Possess exceptional technical expertise in AWS, GenAI, NLP, and Transformer AI/ML models, with a proven implementation record. Demonstrate outstanding project management skills, driving intricate AI/ML initiatives from inception to completion. Exhibit superior communication abilities, translating complex technical concepts for diverse audiences. Provide strategic insight and foresight, contributing to the team's vision while staying abreast of industry trends. Oversee ethical AI practices, ensuring fairness, accountability, and transparency. Excel in AI governance, implementing and monitoring responsible AI frameworks. Manage AI deployment risks and ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards. A Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Econometrics, or a related quantitative field is required; advanced degrees or certifications in cloud/Agentic technologies (AWS, Azure) are highly preferred.
