As an AI Platform Build Senior Consultant within EY GDS's Managed Services "AI for AI" team, you will lead pioneering AI/ML and Agentic project deliveries. Your focus will be on harnessing AWS or Azure GenAI, NLP, and Transformer models to drive innovation and tackle complex challenges. You will manage a portfolio of Agentic engagements, cultivate client and stakeholder relationships, and guide your team toward outstanding outcomes. Nurturing high-caliber professionals and fostering a high-performance culture are key to maintaining EY's leadership in AI/ML and Agentic solutions.

Direct the full lifecycle of advanced analytics, Agentic ML, AI, and GenAI initiatives, ensuring seamless cloud integration, particularly with NLP and Transformer models. Mentor junior team members, providing essential training in AI/ML and cloud technologies. Excel in project management, ensuring the successful and timely delivery of complex AI/ML projects that surpass client expectations. Actively participate in problem-solving and hands-on technical delivery, upholding the highest quality standards and driving innovation. Analyze problems holistically, moving beyond specific techniques to find comprehensive solutions. Contribute significantly to both daily operations and long-term strategic planning. Apply current Data Science and AI knowledge to diverse scenarios. Integrate varied perspectives, data sources, and methodologies to effectively resolve client issues. Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, EY partners, senior leaders, and team members. Demonstrate a solid understanding of foundational Data Science tools like Python, R, or SAS.

Possess exceptional technical expertise in AWS cloud services, GenAI, NLP, and Transformer AI/ML models, backed by successful implementation experience. Exhibit outstanding project management skills with a methodical, results-driven approach to overseeing intricate AI/ML initiatives from inception to completion. Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to a wide range of stakeholders. Provide strategic insight and foresight, contributing to the Data Sciences team's vision while staying abreast of industry trends. Oversee ethical AI practices, ensuring fairness, accountability, and transparency in AI systems. Implement and monitor responsible AI frameworks through expert AI governance. Manage risk and ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards for AI deployment. Champion ethical decision-making throughout AI development and operational processes. A Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Quantitative Methods, or a related field is required. Advanced degrees or certifications in cloud/Agentic technologies (AWS, Azure) are highly desirable. An MBA or equivalent business management experience is a significant asset. Possess 3-5 years of relevant experience in advanced analytical/AI/Agentic Platform Build roles. Demonstrate proven expertise in deploying AI/ML solutions on AWS or other hyperscalers, coupled with a deep understanding of advanced data modeling techniques.
