As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will lead complex, end-to-end AI and GenAI solution deployments directly with strategic clients. You will collaborate closely with client stakeholders to discover, design, develop, and deploy high-impact AI solutions.

Key responsibilities include building LLM-driven applications, RAG systems, and agentic workflows that deliver measurable business value. You will also drive innovation by creating reusable accelerators, frameworks, and reference implementations for enterprise GenAI. This role emphasizes enabling rapid experimentation and large-scale adoption of AI, data, and cloud platforms through hands-on engineering leadership.

We are seeking a Senior Consultant with 3-5 years of deep, hands-on engineering experience in software engineering, data engineering, or AI/ML. You should possess strong proficiency in Python for large-scale applications and have proven experience building, deploying, and operating production-grade systems.

Essential skills include a solid foundation in distributed systems, microservices, APIs, and cloud-native architectures. You must demonstrate the ability to independently own and deliver complex initiatives. Excellent communication skills are vital for interacting with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
