As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will lead complex, end-to-end deployments of AI/GenAI solutions at strategic client locations. This includes driving the discovery, design, development, and deployment phases in close collaboration with client stakeholders.

Your role will involve building advanced LLM-driven applications, RAG systems, and agentic workflows that deliver measurable business value. You will also innovate by creating reusable accelerators, frameworks, and reference implementations for enterprise GenAI deployments, enabling rapid experimentation and large-scale adoption of AI, data, and cloud platforms through hands-on engineering leadership.

Key duties include partnering with client teams to translate challenges into executable solutions, owning solution delivery from start to finish, and serving as a trusted technical advisor to senior client executives. You will design and build LLM-powered applications, integrate GenAI solutions with enterprise systems, and optimize solutions for performance, cost, and scalability.

We are seeking a Senior Consultant with 3-5 years of deep, hands-on engineering experience in software engineering, data engineering, or AI/ML. You must possess strong practical skills in building, deploying, and operating production-grade systems, with expert-level proficiency in Python for large-scale applications.

Proven experience in client-facing roles and high-ambiguity settings is essential. A solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices, APIs, and cloud-native architectures is required. The ideal candidate demonstrates the ability to independently own and deliver complex, high-impact initiatives and excels in communicating effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications include hands-on experience with LLM APIs, RAG architectures, vector databases, agentic workflows, and integrating AI systems with enterprise data platforms. Exposure to hyperscalers (Azure, AWS, GCP) and AI ecosystems (OpenAI, Claude, etc.) is also highly desirable. Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and building 0 to 1 AI products is a plus.
