Join NTT DATA as an Enterprise Messaging & Integration Engineer to design, implement, and support critical messaging, integration, and workload automation platforms. This role ensures seamless, secure, and high-performance communication between distributed applications. You'll manage complex scheduling environments and drive improvements in automation and observability for mission-critical integration systems.

This position focuses on leveraging IBM, Apache, and open-source messaging technologies to maintain robust enterprise communication. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our integration infrastructure.

Manage and administer messaging platforms including IBM MQ, Kafka, ActiveMQ, and RabbitMQ. This involves installation, configuration, security, and performance tuning. You will also handle HA/DR strategies, monitor system health, and troubleshoot issues.

Engineer integration solutions using IBM IIB/ACE, developing and deploying message flows. Implement integration security, optimize flow performance, and participate in CI/CD pipelines. Support IoT and Telemetry messaging via MQTT/MQXR, and administer workload automation tools like IBM TWS/IWS.

Key responsibilities extend to implementing end-to-end security, performing audits, and ensuring compliance. Drive automation through scripting and IaC, integrate platforms into CI/CD pipelines, and maintain real-time system dashboards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in on-call rotations.

A strong foundation in enterprise messaging and integration technologies is essential. Required expertise includes IBM MQ (Distributed, Clustering, Security), IBM IIB/ACE (development & administration), IBM TWS/IWS job scheduling, MQTT/MQXR, Apache Kafka (brokers, topics, ACLs, Schema Registry), Apache ActiveMQ, and RabbitMQ.

Proficiency in Linux/Unix system administration and robust debugging skills across messaging, network, TLS, and application layers are crucial. A good understanding of networking concepts like TCP/IP, firewalls, load balancers, and proxies is also required.

Additionally, experience with automation scripting (Shell, Python, PowerShell) and IaC tools (Ansible, Terraform) is expected. Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI is beneficial. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills are vital for success in this role.
