This is a unique opportunity to define the movement and behavior of a burgeoning brand. You will be instrumental in shaping how our identity evolves and interacts, moving beyond static visuals to create a dynamic and responsive brand experience.

Develop and implement the comprehensive motion language for Sarvam's brand, encompassing timing, easing, transitions, and asset behavior.

Create compelling motion graphics for various outputs, including model launches, product announcements, research updates, event openers, and brand films. You will manage projects from concept to final delivery.

Enhance user experience through web animations, scroll behaviors, and UI micro-interactions. You will also produce demo and walkthrough videos for our products.

Deliver motion assets in formats optimized for engineering implementation, such as Lottie, Rive, or sprite sequences.

Innovate in visualizing speech for our conversational AI products across multiple Indian languages, tackling the challenge of representing listening, thinking, speaking, and code-switching dynamically.

Leverage AI tools within the motion pipeline for tasks like generative video, storyboarding, upscaling, and variation generation.

Collaborate closely with design, marketing, product, research teams, and founders to translate complex briefs into impactful visual narratives within demanding timelines.

Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in motion design, gained either in-house or at a studio, with a portfolio showcasing both narrative and product-integrated motion work.

Demonstrate deep proficiency in After Effects, including advanced techniques like shape layers and expressions, alongside strong editing skills in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.

Have indispensable experience with Figma, understanding its role in initiating motion design within a design system.

Exhibit working-level expertise in Illustrator and Photoshop for asset creation and refinement.

Prioritize fundamental motion principles such as timing, weight, staging, anticipation, and typography in motion.

Showcase native fluency with AI tools in a professional motion design context and articulate a clear perspective on their application.

Exhibit systems thinking, with evidence of extending static identities into motion or developing motion systems beyond initial guidelines.

Demonstrate a genuine passion for elevating Indian design in motion and a drive to address current representation gaps.
