As a Monitoring & Management Product Manager, you will steer the strategy, roadmap, and success of our worldwide software platforms for AV and workplace technology devices. This pivotal role ensures our systems deliver critical insights, reliable telemetry, and actionable alerts to enhance service quality and the office technology experience.

You will collaborate with various teams, including Operations, Engineering, and Information Security, to transform business needs into tangible product capabilities. Your responsibilities will span platform selection, lifecycle management, governance, integration, and automation, all focused on maximizing the business value of our technology portfolio.

Define and drive the global product strategy and multi-year roadmap for AV telemetry, monitoring, and remote management platforms.

Lead proof-of-concept initiatives, defining success metrics and making data-driven recommendations for production adoption.

Gather and prioritize requirements from a diverse range of stakeholders, balancing service value, effort, risk, and cost.

Manage the entire product lifecycle for assigned platforms, from evaluation and onboarding to enhancement, integration, and retirement.

Establish robust platform standards for device management, data integrity, health monitoring, alerting, and access control.

Champion integrations with enterprise service management, event management, and analytics systems to automate workflows and empower leadership decision-making.

Define service offerings for platforms, ensure operational readiness, and integrate new platforms into existing operational procedures.

Develop and report on key product KPIs, tracking coverage, reliability, adoption, automation, outcomes, costs, and realized value.

Analyze operational data to identify trends, proactively address issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Cultivate and manage strategic vendor relationships, ensuring alignment with EY's requirements and influencing vendor roadmaps.

Prepare comprehensive business cases, financial forecasts, and investment recommendations for the product portfolio.

Provide direction to internal teams and external suppliers for roadmap initiatives, potentially acting as a Sponsor's Representative.

Ensure all platform decisions and changes adhere to EY's security, privacy, compliance, architecture, and operational resilience standards.

This role demands a strategic product management professional with extensive experience in global enterprise technology environments.

Possess a strong understanding of software platforms for monitoring and managing IoT endpoints, including unified communications, workplace technology, or AV devices.

Exhibit expertise in telemetry, event management, device health, alerting, incident workflows, dashboards, APIs, data integration, and management automation.

Demonstrate the ability to translate complex technical and operational requirements into clear product capabilities, user stories, and measurable outcomes.

Have proven experience developing onboarding, support processes, and operational transition plans for enterprise platforms.

Possess strong analytical and financial acumen, including experience with business case development, cost-benefit analysis, forecasting, and KPI definition.

Skilled in building trusted relationships, influencing diverse stakeholders, and achieving consensus across different functions, cultures, and geographies.

Communicate complex technical information effectively to engineering teams, operational stakeholders, and senior leadership.

Experience in managing vendors, contracts, licensing, performance reviews, and product evaluations is essential.

Knowledge of AV, Microsoft Teams Rooms, unified communications, collaboration technology, or workplace technology is highly desirable.

Familiarity with platforms such as Microsoft Teams Pro Management Portal, Utelogy, Cisco Control Hub, Poly Lens, Jabra+, Neat Pulse, Crestron XiO Cloud, Logitech Sync, ServiceNow, Netcool, or Power BI is beneficial.

Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, manage competing priorities, and navigate ambiguity is critical.

Fluency in written and spoken English is required, with flexibility for global meeting schedules. Limited travel is anticipated.
