This role focuses on enhancing scalable, technology-enabled service delivery by identifying and implementing system and process improvements.

Develop and enhance low-code/no-code solutions utilizing the Microsoft Power Platform. Design and implement automated workflows to streamline operations. Support critical system upgrades, including AssignmentPro. Document processes and system configurations accurately. Contribute to comprehensive training programs and drive user adoption of new systems and processes.

Partner closely with digital, innovation, and operations teams to ensure Global Mobility systems and workflows align with evolving business needs and operational excellence standards. This collaborative approach ensures continuous improvement and future-readiness.

A Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Technology, Business, or a related field is required. Proven experience in system optimization, automation, reporting, or process improvement within Global Mobility, HR, or Talent Services is essential.

Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps), Power BI, SharePoint, and foundational SQL skills are necessary. Excellent analytical thinking, process improvement capabilities, and strong communication skills are critical for success in this role. Adaptability, initiative-driven problem-solving, and the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and time zones are highly valued.
