As a Senior React Native Developer, you will be instrumental in designing, building, and deploying high-quality cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android. You will take ownership of features from conception to completion, provide mentorship to junior engineers, and actively contribute to shaping our mobile architecture and engineering best practices.

Key duties include developing and maintaining performant, scalable mobile apps, translating UI/UX designs into precise interfaces, and architecting reusable components and state management solutions. You will integrate various APIs and SDKs, optimize application performance, manage release cycles including store submissions, and ensure robust testing coverage. Collaboration with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment is essential.

We are seeking a Senior React Native Developer with 5 to 8 years of overall mobile development experience, including a minimum of 3 years specifically with React Native. A strong command of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript, along with deep knowledge of React fundamentals (hooks, context, lifecycle), is essential.

Proficiency in state management libraries (Redux Toolkit, Zustand, MobX, React Query) and navigation solutions (React Navigation, Expo Router) is required. Experience with the New Architecture (Fabric, TurboModules, JSI) and the Hermes engine is also necessary. A solid understanding of native iOS/Android fundamentals, platform guidelines, and experience with REST/GraphQL APIs, authentication, and push notifications is expected.

Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Detox), Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies is a must. Experience publishing apps on the App Store and Google Play is a significant advantage. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is required, alongside strong problem-solving and communication skills.
