As an MLOps Lead, you will spearhead the enterprise MLOps strategy, aligning it with organizational AI and machine learning objectives. You'll establish robust governance frameworks, engineering standards, and deployment best practices.

Key responsibilities include leading the design of enterprise-scale CI/CD architectures for automated machine learning lifecycles, defining standards for model deployment, serving, and operational management. You will also govern model registry, version management, traceability, and experiment tracking to ensure reproducibility and auditability.

Drive automation initiatives to accelerate model deployment, enhance operational stability, and ensure release consistency. Define enterprise standards for model monitoring, prediction quality, drift detection, health monitoring, and retraining governance for sustained production model effectiveness.

Lead architecture reviews to ensure MLOps solutions meet scalability, reliability, maintainability, and governance goals. Guide teams on MLOps architecture, deployment frameworks, and operational best practices. Identify and mitigate deployment risks, governance gaps, and operational bottlenecks. Collaborate with stakeholders to align MLOps initiatives with business objectives and drive continuous improvement in automation and operational excellence.

We are seeking an experienced MLOps Lead with 8-10 years of experience, possessing mandatory skills in Machine Learning (ML), CI/CD for ML pipelines, Model Deployment & Serving, Model Lifecycle Management, Model Registry & Experiment Tracking, and Python.

Additional expertise in Advanced GenAI & Agentic Framework Concepts, NLP, PyTorch, and Databricks is highly valued. This role requires strong leadership and accountability in driving MLOps excellence, effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders, and promoting a culture of automation, reliability, and continuous improvement.

Strategic thinking is essential to address deployment challenges and operational risks. You will demonstrate strong decision-making skills, balancing scalability, reliability, governance, and delivery objectives. Effective communication regarding MLOps strategy, risks, and outcomes is crucial.
