We are seeking a seasoned AI/ML Engineer with deep expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs) to drive innovation in Communication Surveillance solutions.

This role focuses on developing and refining AI/ML models crucial for the Banking and Capital Markets sectors. You will play a key part in creating systems that identify potential regulatory breaches, market abuse, insider trading indicators, collusion, information leakage, and employee misconduct across various communication channels. The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in building enterprise-grade NLP solutions, robust model training pipelines, and MLOps frameworks within strictly regulated environments.

Develop and deploy advanced AI/ML models for communication surveillance in the Banking and Capital Markets domain.

Build and enhance solutions that detect regulatory breaches, market abuse, insider trading, collusion, information leakage, and employee misconduct.

Design and implement enterprise-grade NLP solutions and model training pipelines.

Establish and maintain MLOps frameworks for seamless model deployment and monitoring in regulated environments.

Utilize Databricks for data processing, model training, and deployment, leveraging its Lakehouse, Delta Lake, and Model Serving capabilities.

A strong background in AI/ML engineering with specialized expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).

Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow for developing and implementing machine learning models.

Extensive experience with Databricks, including Lakehouse architecture, Delta Lake, Workflows, and Model Serving.

Hands-on experience with MLflow for experiment tracking, model registry, and model deployment and monitoring.

Familiarity with MLOps principles, including CI/CD for ML pipelines and model deployment & serving.

Experience in developing AI/ML solutions within highly regulated industries such as Banking and Capital Markets is essential.
