Your primary role involves meticulous data labeling across various modalities, including text, speech, audio, image, and video, adhering strictly to guidelines and KPIs. You'll apply critical judgment to ambiguous information, possess a keen eye for detail, and demonstrate the ability to switch focus between diverse task requirements. Responsibilities include supporting daily operational deliverables, analyzing error patterns to enhance labeling quality, and identifying process improvements for Standard Operating Procedures and tools. Additionally, you will provide floor support to clarify queries during task execution.
The ideal candidate will possess an Associate's Degree or equivalent experience, coupled with C1+ English fluency and strong business writing skills. Advanced reading comprehension and analytical thinking are essential for interpreting complex documents and solving problems systematically.
Proficiency in interpreting and implementing detailed instructions, along with effective research skills for synthesizing information, is required. A proven ability to manage complex tasks with meticulous attention to detail and experience with stakeholder relationship management are vital. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and common business applications is also a prerequisite.
