Deliver high-quality labeled data according to provided guidelines and internal tools to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and support responsible AI development.

Demonstrate expertise in generating human insight data across various modalities and make sound judgments with ambiguous information.

Showcase meticulous attention to detail, adapting quickly to changing requirements and supporting daily operational deliverables for assigned task types.

Analyze root causes, identify error patterns, and propose solutions to enhance labeling task quality. Identify and suggest improvements for daily process and operational issues in Standard Operating Procedures and tools. Provide floor support to clarify internal queries during execution as needed.

Requires an Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience, with C1+ or equivalent fluency in English.

Must possess strong business writing skills for reports and professional correspondence, along with advanced reading comprehension for complex business documents.

Developed analytical thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities are essential, alongside a strong ability to interpret and implement detailed instructions across diverse projects.

Proficient research skills are needed for gathering and synthesizing information. Proven attention to detail in managing complex tasks and documents, along with experience managing stakeholder relationships across departments.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and common business applications is required. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 2 years of professional work experience. Experience leveraging open-source resources and adapting to fast-paced environments is a plus. For support functions, 2-3 years of project coordination or management experience is beneficial.
