As an ML Data Associate, you will be instrumental in foundational labeling tasks, including evaluating dialogue across speech, text, audio, and video data. You will meticulously maintain confidentiality, adhere to Amazon's policies, and deliver high-quality labeled data using in-house tools and software to meet key performance indicators.

Your responsibilities will also include analyzing data to identify root causes and error patterns, proposing solutions for improved labeling quality, and suggesting operational changes to enhance efficiency. You will demonstrate strong judgment in ambiguous situations and maintain a keen eye for detail, pivoting between different requirements as needed, while supporting daily operational deliverables for your team.

To excel in this role, you should possess an Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience, along with C1+ fluency in the specified language. Strong business writing, advanced reading comprehension, and developed analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.

You must be adept at interpreting and implementing detailed instructions, conducting proficient research, and demonstrating proven attention to detail in managing complex tasks. Experience managing stakeholder relationships and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are also required. A Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of professional experience are preferred qualifications.
