This position involves foundational labeling tasks for AI models, focusing on data across speech, text, audio, and video. A keen eye for detail, multitasking abilities, and a commitment to confidentiality are essential for delivering high-quality insights that power our AI advancements.

Responsibilities include maintaining strict confidentiality and data privacy, working with diverse data types (text, speech, audio, image, video), and delivering high-quality labeled data according to established guidelines and KPIs. You will utilize in-house tools and software to support the responsible development of AI.

Key duties also involve demonstrating proficiency in generating human insight data across various modalities, making sound judgments with ambiguous information, and identifying operational issues to propose improvements. You will analyze root causes of errors, enhance labeling task quality, and provide floor support for internal queries.

Ideal candidates will possess an Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience, with C1+ fluency in the specified language. Strong business writing skills are necessary for creating reports and professional correspondence, complemented by advanced reading comprehension for analyzing complex documents.

We look for developed analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities, with a strong ability to interpret and implement detailed instructions across projects. Proficient research skills, proven attention to detail, and experience managing stakeholder relationships are key. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is also required.
