Key responsibilities include meticulously maintaining confidentiality and handling diverse data types such as text, speech, audio, image, and video. You will deliver high-quality labeled data according to specified guidelines and KPIs, utilizing internal tools. Essential tasks involve demonstrating proficiency in generating human insight data across various modalities and making sound judgments with ambiguous information.

You will analyze root causes of errors, identify patterns, and propose solutions to enhance labeling quality. Responsibilities also include identifying and suggesting improvements for operational issues within Standard Operating Procedures and tools. Providing floor support to clarify queries during execution is also a vital part of this role.

Ideal candidates will possess an Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience, along with C1+ English fluency and strong business writing skills. Advanced reading comprehension, analytical thinking, and structured problem-solving capabilities are essential. You must be adept at interpreting detailed instructions, conducting proficient research, and demonstrating a keen eye for detail in complex tasks.

Further qualifications include experience managing stakeholder relationships and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
