As an ML Data Associate, you will be responsible for foundational labeling tasks, including dialogue evaluation across speech, text, audio, and video data. This involves maintaining strict confidentiality and adhering to Amazon's policies for securing sensitive information. You will work with diverse data types and deliver high-quality labeled data using provided guidelines and in-house tools, meeting key performance indicators. Your role will include analyzing root causes of errors, identifying patterns, and proposing solutions to enhance labeling quality and operational efficiency.

Ideal candidates will possess an Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience, with C1+ fluency in the specified language. Essential skills include strong business writing for reports and professional correspondence, advanced reading comprehension for complex documents, and well-developed analytical and problem-solving capabilities. You should be adept at interpreting and implementing detailed instructions, proficient in research, and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail. Experience managing stakeholder relationships and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are also required. A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of professional experience are preferred.
