Key responsibilities include maintaining strict data confidentiality, working with diverse data types (text, speech, audio, image, video), and delivering high-quality labeled data according to established guidelines and KPIs. You will utilize in-house tools to support the responsible development and deployment of AI.

This role also involves demonstrating proficiency in generating human insight data, making sound judgments with ambiguous information, and pivoting between different task requirements. You'll support daily operational deliverables, analyze error patterns to enhance labeling quality, and identify process improvements to streamline operations. Floor support for internal queries is also a key aspect.

We are looking for candidates with an Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience, and C1+ fluency in the specified language. Essential skills include strong business writing for reports and correspondence, advanced reading comprehension for complex documents, and developed analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Candidates must demonstrate a strong ability to interpret and implement detailed instructions, possess proficient research skills, and have a proven attention to detail. Experience managing stakeholder relationships and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are also required. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 2+ years of professional experience are preferred.
