Key responsibilities involve meticulously labeling diverse data types, including text, speech, audio, images, and video, to meet stringent quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). You will utilize in-house tools and software to deliver high-quality labeled data, ensuring responsible AI development. This includes demonstrating proficiency in generating human insight data across various modalities, making sound judgments with ambiguous information, and maintaining an acute eye for detail.

You will also provide crucial support for daily operational deliverables, analyze error patterns to enhance labeling quality, and identify process improvements. The role requires proactively suggesting changes to Standard Operating Procedures and tools to optimize operations, alongside providing essential floor support for internal queries during task execution.

The foundational requirements include an Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience, coupled with C1+ or equivalent fluency in a specified language. Candidates should possess strong business writing skills for report creation, advanced reading comprehension for analyzing complex documents, and well-developed analytical and problem-solving capabilities. A strong ability to interpret and implement detailed instructions across varied projects is essential.

Proficiency in research for gathering and synthesizing information, proven attention to detail in managing complex tasks, and experience in stakeholder relationship management are expected. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and common business applications is also a requirement.
