This position involves foundational labeling tasks crucial for advancing AI capabilities. You will work with diverse data types, including speech, text, audio, image, and video, ensuring high-quality data annotation to meet key performance indicators. Your attention to detail and ability to maintain strict confidentiality will be vital in upholding Amazon's commitment to AI ethics and customer privacy.

Key responsibilities include maintaining absolute confidentiality of customer data and adhering to strict privacy guidelines. You will be responsible for labeling various data types such as text, speech, audio, image, and video, using in-house tools to deliver high-quality insights for AI development.

Demonstrate exceptional judgment and logical decision-making when handling ambiguous information. Pivot effectively between different task requirements, showcasing an eye for detail. Support daily operational deliverables, analyze error patterns, and propose solutions to enhance labeling quality and operational efficiency. Identify and suggest improvements for standard operating procedures and tools, while also providing floor support to clarify queries during task execution.

To excel in this role, candidates should possess an Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience, coupled with C1+ fluency in English. Strong business writing skills are essential for creating professional correspondence and reports.

Advanced reading comprehension for analyzing complex documents, developed analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to interpret detailed instructions are key. Proficiency in research, synthesizing information from multiple sources, and proven attention to detail in managing complex tasks are required. Experience managing stakeholder relationships and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and common business applications are also necessary.
