As a Machine Learning Data Associate, you will be instrumental in foundational labeling tasks, focusing on dialogue evaluation across speech, text, audio, and video data. Key responsibilities include maintaining strict confidentiality of customer data and adhering to Amazon's privacy tenets. You will work with various data types such as text, speech, audio, image, and video.

Deliver high-quality labeled data, utilizing provided guidelines and in-house tools to meet key performance indicators (KPIs). You'll demonstrate proficiency in generating human insight data across modalities and apply sound judgment for ambiguous information.

Additionally, you will analyze root causes of errors, identify patterns, and propose solutions to improve labeling task quality. Identifying operational issues and suggesting improvements to standard operating procedures and tools is also a key aspect of this role. You will provide floor support, clarifying internal queries during execution as needed.

We are looking for candidates with an Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience, alongside C1+ fluency in the specified language. Strong business writing skills are essential for creating reports and professional correspondence.

Advanced reading comprehension is required to analyze complex business documents, coupled with developed analytical and problem-solving capabilities. The ability to interpret and implement detailed instructions across various projects is crucial.

Proficient research skills for gathering and synthesizing information, and a proven attention to detail in managing complex tasks are necessary. Experience in managing stakeholder relationships and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and common business applications are also required.

Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 2 years of professional work experience. The ability to leverage open-source resources for research and adapt to fast-paced environments with changing strategies is highly valued.
