Key responsibilities include maintaining strict confidentiality of customer data, working with diverse data types (text, speech, audio, image, video), and delivering high-quality labeled data according to established guidelines and KPIs. You will utilize in-house tools to meet quality standards, demonstrate proficiency in generating human insight data across modalities, and make sound judgments with ambiguous information. The role also involves analyzing root causes of errors, proposing solutions for labeling tasks, identifying operational issues, and providing floor support to address internal queries.

A foundational requirement includes an Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience, alongside C1+ fluency in a specified language. Essential skills encompass strong business writing for reports and correspondence, advanced reading comprehension for complex documents, developed analytical and problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to interpret detailed instructions. Proficiency in research, gathering and synthesizing information, and meticulous attention to detail in managing complex tasks are also vital. Experience managing stakeholder relationships and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are expected. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 2+ years of professional work experience with demonstrated task execution are preferred. Experience with open-source resources and adaptability to fast-paced environments are advantageous.
