This role involves maintaining strict confidentiality regarding customer data. You will work with diverse data types, including text, speech, audio, image, and video. Key responsibilities include delivering high-quality labeled data according to provided guidelines and KPIs, utilizing in-house tools for responsible AI development. You'll demonstrate proficiency in generating human insight data across various modalities and making sound judgments with ambiguous information.

Additional duties include supporting daily operational deliverables, analyzing root causes of errors, proposing solutions to enhance labeling quality, and identifying process improvements. You will also provide floor support to clarify internal queries during task execution.

Basic qualifications include an Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience, along with C1+ fluency in a specified language. Strong business writing skills, advanced reading comprehension for complex documents, and developed analytical and problem-solving capabilities are essential. You must be adept at interpreting detailed instructions and possess proficient research skills for synthesizing information.

Preferred qualifications feature a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years of professional work experience, and the ability to leverage open-source resources. Experience in fast-paced environments and 2-3 years of project coordination or management experience are also beneficial. This role is suitable for freshers with the relevant foundational skills.
