You will perform foundational labeling tasks for cutting-edge AI models, including dialogue evaluation on speech, text, audio, and video data. Your role involves maintaining rigorous confidentiality and adhering to all Amazon policies. You'll work with diverse data types and deliver high-quality labeled data according to provided guidelines and KPIs, utilizing in-house tools.

Key responsibilities include demonstrating proficiency in generating human insight data across various modalities. You will make sound judgments with ambiguous information, exhibit sharp attention to detail, and seamlessly switch between different requirements. Support daily operational deliverables, analyze root causes of errors, and propose solutions for labeling task enhancement. Identify and suggest improvements for operational issues in Standard Operating Procedures and tools, and provide floor support to clarify queries.

We require candidates with an Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience, alongside C1+ fluency in Hindi. Essential skills include strong business writing for reports and correspondence, advanced reading comprehension for complex documents, and developed analytical and problem-solving capabilities. The ability to interpret and implement detailed instructions accurately is crucial.

Proficiency in research for gathering and synthesizing information, proven attention to detail in managing complex tasks, and experience managing stakeholder relationships are necessary. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and common business applications is expected. While not mandatory, a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years of professional experience, and experience with open-source resources are advantageous.
