As an ML Data Associate, you will be instrumental in foundational labeling tasks, including dialogue evaluation across speech, text, audio, and video data. Your responsibilities will encompass maintaining strict confidentiality, working with various data types, and delivering high-quality labeled data according to established guidelines and KPIs.

You will utilize in-house tools and software to contribute to Amazon's responsible AI development. This role requires a keen eye for detail, the ability to make sound judgments with ambiguous information, and proficiency in generating human insight data across multiple modalities. You will also analyze root causes of errors, identify patterns, and propose solutions to enhance labeling task quality.

Ideal candidates will possess an Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience, along with C1+ fluency in a specified language. Strong business writing, advanced reading comprehension, and structured problem-solving skills are essential.

We seek individuals who can interpret and implement detailed instructions, gather and synthesize information effectively, and demonstrate proven attention to detail. Experience managing stakeholder relationships and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are also required. A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of professional work experience are preferred.
