Key responsibilities include maintaining strict confidentiality of customer data and ensuring its privacy. You will work with diverse data types such as text, speech, audio, images, and video.

Deliver high-quality, accurately labeled data according to established guidelines and KPIs, utilizing in-house tools. Demonstrate expertise in generating insightful human-labeled data across various modalities, including text, image, video, and audio.

Apply sound judgment and logical decision-making skills, particularly when handling ambiguous or incomplete information. Maintain a sharp focus on detail and the flexibility to adapt quickly between different task requirements. Support daily operational deliverables for multiple assigned task types.

Analyze root causes of errors, identify patterns, and propose solutions to enhance labeling task quality. Identify and suggest improvements for day-to-day process and operational issues within Standard Operating Procedures and tools to optimize operations. Provide floor support to clarify queries during task execution.

A foundational requirement is an Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience. Proficiency in English, with C1+ fluency, is essential, complemented by strong business writing abilities for reports and professional correspondence.

Advanced reading comprehension is necessary for analyzing complex business documents. You should possess developed analytical thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities. A strong ability to interpret and implement detailed instructions across various projects is crucial.

Proficient research skills are needed for gathering and synthesizing information from multiple sources. Proven attention to detail is vital for managing complex tasks and documents. Experience in managing stakeholder relationships across different departments is also beneficial.

Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and common business applications is expected. While a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred, this may vary by location. Additionally, 2+ years of professional work experience demonstrating task execution ability is advantageous.
