As an ML Data Associate, you will perform foundational labeling tasks, including dialogue evaluation across speech, text, audio, and video data. Your responsibilities include maintaining strict confidentiality, delivering high-quality labeled data according to guidelines, and utilizing in-house tools.

You will analyze data, identify error patterns, and propose solutions to improve labeling quality. Additionally, you'll support daily operational tasks, analyze process issues, and suggest improvements to Standard Operating Procedures and tools. Floor support for clarifying queries during execution is also a key part of this role.

We are looking for candidates with an Associate's Degree or equivalent experience, alongside C1+ fluency in a specified language and strong business writing skills. You should possess advanced reading comprehension, analytical thinking, and structured problem-solving capabilities.

Key requirements include the ability to interpret and implement detailed instructions, proficient research skills, and exceptional attention to detail. Experience managing stakeholder relationships and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are essential. While a Bachelor's degree is preferred, we also consider candidates with a relevant Associate's Degree and work experience.
