This position is for a Machine Learning Data Associate (MLDA) responsible for fundamental labeling tasks, including dialogue evaluation across speech, text, audio, and video data. Maintain strict confidentiality to protect customer privacy as a core Amazon principle.

Work with diverse data types, including text, speech, audio, images, and video.

Deliver high-quality labeled data, adhering to guidelines and using internal tools to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Generate high-quality human insight data across various modalities, including text, image, video, and audio.

Apply sound judgment and logical decision-making when handling ambiguous or incomplete information.

Possess an Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience.

Exhibit C1+ or equivalent fluency in English, coupled with strong business writing skills for reports and professional correspondence.
