Maintain strict confidentiality of customer data, adhering to Amazon's highest standards. Process and label diverse data types, including text, speech, audio, image, and video, using provided guidelines and internal tools. Ensure high-quality data output to meet key performance indicators and support responsible AI development. Apply critical judgment and logical reasoning to ambiguous or incomplete information. Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, seamlessly shifting focus between varied requirements. Support daily operational deliverables and contribute to team objectives. Analyze labeling task outputs to identify root causes of errors and suggest improvements. Proactively identify and propose solutions for operational issues within standard procedures and tools. Provide on-demand floor support to clarify queries during task execution.

An Associate’s Degree or equivalent practical experience is required. Possess strong business writing skills for creating reports and professional correspondence. Exhibit advanced reading comprehension for analyzing complex business documents. Demonstrate developed analytical thinking and structured problem-solving abilities. Effectively interpret and implement detailed instructions across diverse projects. Possess proficient research skills, adept at gathering and synthesizing information. Show proven attention to detail when managing intricate tasks and documentation. While not mandatory, a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred. Fluency in English at C1 level is beneficial. 2+ years of professional work experience with a track record of task execution is desirable. Experience leveraging open-source resources for research purposes is a plus. Adaptability to fast-paced environments with evolving circumstances is key.
