Your primary responsibilities will involve foundational labeling tasks for AI models, including dialogue evaluation across speech, text, audio, and video data. You will meticulously maintain confidentiality and adhere to Amazon's policies for securing sensitive information.

Key duties include delivering high-quality labeled data according to provided guidelines and KPIs, using in-house tools. You will demonstrate expertise in generating human insight data across various modalities, making sound judgments with ambiguous information, and maintaining a keen eye for detail. Support daily operational deliverables, analyze root causes of errors, and propose solutions to enhance labeling quality are also critical aspects of this role.

A solid foundation in data annotation and a commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality are essential for this role. Proficiency in handling diverse data types, including text, speech, audio, and video, is required.

We are looking for candidates with strong business writing skills, advanced reading comprehension, and developed analytical and problem-solving capabilities. The ability to interpret and implement detailed instructions, coupled with proficient research skills and proven attention to detail, is crucial. Experience managing stakeholder relationships and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are also necessary. An Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience, along with C1+ fluency in a specified language, is a baseline requirement.
